Additionally, Copy Trading will no longer be available to new users. Existing users can continue accessing the service via the web Personal Area.
To invest using Copy Trading, you need to fully verify your Exness account. While you can access the app and explore strategies without verification, you won’t be able to start copying or depositing more than 2,000 USD until your profile is verified.
Verification is a one-time process. Once approved, you can fund your wallet and copy strategies without limits.
How to verify your account
In the app:
- Log in to the Copy Trading app.
- Tap Profile, then tap your email or account icon.
- Under Account, check your verification status and tap Continue.
- Follow the steps to:
- Verify email and phone number.
- Complete the Economic Profile questionnaire.
- Upload your POI document.
- Upload your POA document.
In the Personal Area:
- Log in to your Personal Area (PA).
- Go to the Settings > Profile section or click Complete profile on the top banner.
- Click Complete Now and follow the steps:
- Verify email and phone number.
- Complete the Economic Profile questionnaire.
- Upload your POI document.
- Upload your POA document.
Once POI and POA documents are submitted, verification may take up to 24 hours. If your verification documents were rejected, resubmit them based on the reason provided. You can check your current verification status by logging into your PA and checking the Profile tab in your Settings.
