After a withdrawal is made, as Investors continue to copy the strategy with their open trades, the copy ratio or copying coefficient may be recalculated.
Copy ratio or copy coefficient changes in 2 situations:
- When an Investor makes a deposit or internal transfer to the strategy account.
- At the end of a trading period (as commission payout is made to the Strategy Provider).
In both cases, the recalculated copy coefficient value cannot increase.
Investors receive Copy Dividends when Strategy Providers make withdrawals, as a part of the investment’s profit (if the investment is profitable). Please follow the link if you would like an in-depth look at Copy Dividends.
