When a strategy becomes visible on the copy trading platform, the following performance indicators are displayed. As a strategy provider, it is important to understand that these indicators allow investors to evaluate a strategy’s performance and ultimately decide whether to invest in a strategy.
Investors | This parameter indicates the number of investors copying the strategy at present. |
Strategy equity | This is the total amount of funds available in the strategy account. |
Performance fee | The commission to be paid to the strategy provider is based on the profitability of the strategy. This is set by the strategy provider. |
Return | The return shows the strategy's equity change resulting from trading activity since the strategy's inception. Deposits and withdrawals do not affect the percentage return. |
Maximum drawdown | Maximum drawdown is the largest measure of drawdown during a time period and/or since the strategy's creation. |
Leverage | Leverage refers to the ratio of a strategy provider's capital to borrowed capital. A higher leverage ratio indicates a riskier strategy. |
