Strategy providers can showcase custom content about themselves and their strategies to attract potential investors but there are some guidelines to be aware of.
All content provided by the Strategy Providers is subject to review and may be rejected if it violates the guidelines. If this happens, the content will not be visible to investors and the Strategy Provider until the content is updated according to the guidelines.
The company may take immediate action against Strategy Providers who violate the guidelines, including rejecting or blocking the visibility of their strategies or even terminating the account and refunding the money.
The Strategy Provider content guidelines ensure that the content provided by the Strategy Provider is not misleading, abusive, or inappropriate.

Content guidelines
Content created by the Strategy Provider should be in line with the below guidelines:

False affiliation
Strategy Providers are forbidden from deceiving or impersonating others. For example, they cannot state or imply that the strategy is managed or represented by a specific company if the Exness account is not registered with that same company unless this is justified in the Company’s discretion. -
Exness endorsement
Strategy Providers should not make statements that imply that Exness or its affiliates endorse or guarantee the accuracy of the content they publish or share with other users. For example, they should not claim that a strategy is "approved by Exness." or that it is an ‘Exness strategy’. -
Misleading content
Strategy Providers must not make false statements about their knowledge, experience, trading strategy, or authorization, or mislead other users in any way. -
Abusive content
Strategy Providers must not make abusive, defamatory, harassing, or insulting statements about Exness, its affiliates, employees, shareholders, associates, or other users. -
Unrelated advertising
Strategy Providers must not advertise or promote any other entities or services unrelated to the product. -
Offensive content
Strategy Providers should not post offensive or harmful content, such as sexually explicit, racist, hateful, violent, or pornographic material. This includes content that promotes bigotry, profanity, or threats of harm, or that contains graphic or gratuitous violence, nudity, or other offensive material. -
Promotional links
Strategy Providers must not send unauthorized commercial communications or spam. -
Automated or non-human activity
Strategy Providers must not collect or use/copy users' content or information or otherwise access Exness websites and/or services using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers.) -
Pyramid scheme or MLM (Multi-level marketing) promotion
Strategy Providers must not engage in unlawful multi-level marketing, such as pyramid schemes, on Exness websites and/or using Exness services. -
Harmful code
Strategy Providers must not upload viruses or other malicious code. -
Requests for personal data
Strategy Providers must not solicit personal information or login information or access an account belonging to someone else. -
Illegal or discriminatory content
Strategy Providers must not use Exness websites and/or Exness services to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory. -
Platform misuse
Strategy Providers must not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of Exness, such as a denial of service attack, or facilitate or encourage any violations of these rules. -
Profit guarantees
Strategy Providers must not make misleading, absolute, or false statements about the strategy or the performance of a strategy or guarantee the performance of the strategy/strategy or create descriptions that are not balanced enough -or biased on the positive side (e.g. guaranteed profit, best strategy, stable income, start making money, this will make you rich become a millionaire, etc.). Strategy Providers should avoid these statements completely or at least accompany positive statements with relevant and appropriate risk disclosures. For example, to avoid absolute statements Strategy Providers may use words such as ‘potential’, ‘possibility’, ‘may’, ‘estimated’. -
Claiming Exness affiliation
Strategy Providers must not introduce or present themselves as an employee or representative of Exness, or state that their activities and actions are endorsed by Exness. (e.g. Exness Portfolio Manager). -
Sharing bank details
Strategy Providers should not make references to bank account details. -
Investment advice
Strategy Providers must not place unsubstantiated restrictions on/provide instructions to investors on how, when and how much to invest and/or withdraw, or similar. -
Misleading or inappropriate content
Strategy Providers must not provide content that is not in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement and/or any other regulation of the Company, contains illegal and/or unethical references, does not make sense, lacks consistency, or provides misleading information, insulting, contains racist or religious references, does not respect certain morality or ethical standards, or is otherwise inappropriate. -
External social links
Strategy Providers should only share links to social media profiles that they personally manage unless this is justified in the Company’s discretion. -
Other violations
The Company may also consider any other reason it deems relevant and appropriate for not accepting a strategy or related content. -
Duplicate content
Strategy Providers are not allowed to create strategies with names, descriptions, content or images that are identical or substantially similar to those of existing strategies. Strategy Providers should aim to create unique and original content that provides value to the investors and does not mislead them.

Third-party logos
Strategy Providers must not make references to or use visuals/logos of third-parties, including but not limited to regulatory bodies, authorities, and others, without possessing the relevant permissions. -
