As an investor, it is essential to keep track of all the information about your investments. In the Social Trading app, you can review both past and current investments on the investment page.
Important: Social Standard and Social Pro accounts will be switching to the new advanced copying platform, similar to Standard and Pro accounts. This only applies to new investments and future fees.
Navigating the investment page
- Log in to the Social Trading App
- Tap the Portfolio tab.
- Under Investments, tap any investment under Active or Closed.
The elements presented in the Investments tab vary between investments in Active or Closed. The Active tab displays your ongoing investments, while the Closed tab shows your closed investments.
The Investment page
Tapping on an active or closed investment will take you to the investment page where you will find a summary of the investment and your copied orders. Important information such as financial result, performance fee, return, and the total amount invested will also be shown.
At a glance, you find these common elements:
- Profile Picture: set by the strategy provider.
- Strategy Name: the name given to the strategy by the strategy provider.
- ID: this is the investment identification number.
Tapping on the strategy’s name will take you to the strategy’s page where you’ll find more in-depth information about the chosen strategy.
Here are some of the important information on the investment page that will be presented to you regarding your investment.
Financial result
Financial result is the sum of trading results for both closed and open investment orders, excluding paid and expected performance fee.
Tapping on the financial result will bring up a pop-up of the calculation.
Return
Return represents the investment’s return as a percentage. It is the total trading result of financial result divided by the invested amount. (Return = financial result/ Investment amount * 100%)
Note: The return is updated roughly every 20 minutes for Strategies with Social Standard and Social Pro accounts and once every hour for Pro accounts.
Investment
This shows the initial amount of money the investor has invested in the strategy.
Equity
This displays the current investment’s equity. It is the total funds the investor has in the account of this investment.
Coefficient
For active investments in strategies with Social Standard and Social Pro accounts, the copying coefficient, Auto stop copying feature, and alerts will also be presented in this area. You can also stop copying the strategy from this area.
Auto Stop Copying
It will be displayed here if you have enabled stop loss or take profit for your investments. You can set up stop loss or take profit from this area for your investments. Tapping the x icon will close the stop loss or take profit function.
Alerts
For investments in strategies with Social Pro and Social Standard accounts, you can also enable notifications when you’ve opened or closed an order. You can also set up a notification for when your equity value reaches a certain level. Tap on Go to Settings to set up notifications.
Note: This feature is currently unavailable for investments under Standard and Pro accounts.
Copied Orders
This area lists the investment trades opened based on copying the strategy provider’s decisions. Tap on an entry to include details such as the trade financial result, instrument, swap, coefficient (available for Social Pro and Social Standard accounts), and the dates when the trade was opened and closed.

You can contact support via live chat from the Profile page. On your profile page, tap the icon next to your name to bring up your details.
Tap on Chat to connect to an Exness Assistant with the option for Live Support.
