How to check performance fee earnings in Fee Reports
Fee Report helps you track performance fees earned from your investors. This includes both closed investments and earnings in progress.
Where to find your Fee Report
Follow these steps in your Exness Personal Area:
- Log in to your Personal Area (PA).
- Go to Copy Trading from the main menu.
- Click My Strategies.
- Select a strategy and click View details.
- Open the Fee Report tab.
Fee data updates approximately every 15 minutes.
What information does the Fee Report include
Lifetime statistics
These metrics show your strategy's overall performance since it was created:
- Earned fee since inception – Total fee earned from all closed billing periods (excludes current period).
- Maximum fee per period – Highest fee earned in a single billing period.
- Maximum fee for one investment – Highest fee earned from an individual investment.
Earned fee by billing period
This section shows how much you've earned during a specific billing cycle.
- Earned fee – Fee credited at the end of the billing period for closed investments.
- Active investments – Number of ongoing investments during that period.
- Transaction list – Details of each investment's contribution to your earnings.
- Hide records without fees – Use this filter to exclude periods or investments that generated no fee.
How fees are calculated:
Fee = Incremental profit × Performance fee rate
Incremental profit = Profit since inception - Profit threshold
- Profit threshold is the highest peak of profit since investment started, calculated at the end of each billing period.
Additional report filters
You can filter your Fee Report by:
- Billing period
- Investment status (Active or Archived)
- Profitability
- Fee status (Earned or Floating)
All performance fees are credited to your PIM Commission account and can be used for trading, transfers, or withdrawals.
